Detoxing, diet & purging toxins

Our bodies are very smart at eliminating toxins, we have many organs responsible for toxin removal, however how do we help our bodies with eliminating toxins?

  • detoxing

  • avoiding certain food

  • educating yourself

  • sticking with organic, clean products

Toxins are everywhere now in our environment & the industries that produce our food put a lot of toxins & chemicals that are actually harmful for the body & can alter as well as damage our DNA. They do this in order to control us, to clog our bodies with toxins — in order to keep us docile, addicted, sick & not connected to our higher-power. There is a mechanism to all of this, even though it might be hard to believe at first. The food industry is linked to the pharmaceutical industry, which wants to keep us sick rather than healthy. It does not want us knowing the truth about our food, water & the toxic chemicals & substances in our environment! The truth is that there are far too many chemicals out there than they want us to believe, these chemicals are very damaging to our body, hence DNA. This is something that takes research & understanding of how the industries work & their intentions or goals. Once you do the proper research then you will understand just how harmful these toxins are & their effects on the human body.

When your body is overloaded with toxins from the environment, you will experience certain symptoms. It can have a dramatic impact on your health. For myself I’ve been on a long journey where I had to learn about my own body & how diet impacts my body. I have done extensive research, have gone through a lot of inner healing, spiritual cleansing & purging which allowed me to understand how my body works. Also, how the body strives to eliminate toxins. I learned what is right to consume for the body & what is wrong or harmful for the body. Moreover, I learned about detoxing, cleansing & aiding my body with the detox process or the healing process.

The physical body is linked to the spiritual, emotional, mental — all bodies are interlinked & function together. When we have a blocked physical body, with toxins or our body is in an inflammatory state it cannot function at its optimal & that is when we are blocked from our spiritual connection too. The emotional & mental body can impact the physical body which means we can have energetic blockages in our field which also clogs the physical & eventually it can manifest into disease. The physical body is so vital in order to maintain a good spiritual connection & be in alignment to your higher-self. Therefore, diet is critical. This is why part of my coaching is focused on diet & the physical body.

When your physical body is overloaded with toxins & your toxin elimination channels are blocked then you can experience symptoms like:

  • sugar cravings

  • headaches

  • tiredness, lethargic

  • mood swings

  • ibs, gastric issues, bloating

  • brain fog

  • skin rashes, hives, breakouts

  • muscle weakness

  • nausea

  • anxiety

All of these are possible signs of toxins in your body.

How to detox:

  1. do a celery juice cleanse

  2. drink lemon water

  3. do a candida cleanse - which means diet change

  4. avoid sugar, gluten & inflammatory foods among others

  5. do regular heavy metal detoxes

  6. avoid using toxins in the house or on your skin

These are only some of the ways you can help your body. I recommend different things based on the client’s needs

Purging toxins

When your body is healing, going through a spiritual cleanse it will naturally purge dense energies & toxins out of the body which will cause a lot of symptoms, these symptoms can be severe & cause panic but the best way is to support your body with the right supplements, diet & detoxing.

If you are going through healing or purging, you will be purging dense energies & toxins associated to them from your body. When we go through this spiritual cleanse we purge a lot from our physical body. Our physical body goes into a healing crisis where toxins are released through the skin, vomit or bowl. This is how our body eliminates toxins.

Diet

Your diet is so important for when you want to get your body back into balance. You can get so much results just by switching up your diet. This means eliminating certain foods & adding foods into your diet. When I do my coaching I assign a certain diet for my clients depending on what they are struggling with. However, I always strive for them all to do celery juice cleanses & avoid inflammatory foods among other recommendations to get their bodies back into balance.
