healing guide

healing begins when you embrace there is a wound

When I started my spiritual journey all my healing started. The ascension process at first was confusing and somewhat scary at the same time. However, the real healing started in 2020, this was the most intense healing experience I have ever come up against. This is when all of a sudden I was forced to face my shadow and all of my feminine wounds — it was emotionally painful and overwhelming.

When we are on a spiritual path, we naturally allow for the healing to happen. As we connect and allow our soul to guide us we are more open and ready to receive healing that will allow us to shift our energy and attract a new higher experience. The wounds are blocks and they keep us in a certain vibration until we shift that energy through healing the wounds. The wounds are dark energy that reside in your chakra centers which defragment the soul and your aura. These wounds are accumulated over lifetimes and they are “karma” which we need to face and accept. It is important to understand that wounds will perpetuate until they are fully healed through a spiritual practice.

Healing wounds is not easy and it requires patience, surrendering and acceptance. But it is your responsibility to heal. It is your purpose in this lifetime and the reason you are here, to learn the soul lessons in order to heal and evolve. As souls, we do not like stagnation and remaining in a certain level of vibration. On a soul level you are here to evolve, not remain stagnant. Your mission is to evolve past all your karma through healing and doing the shadow work necessary.

How are wounds formed?

Wounds are formed through experiences or thoughts, this then creates an emotion which is energy. This energy can be good or bad, if the energy is bad then a wound is formed in the chakra that is associated with it. This is dark energy which is stored in the chakra and eventually can manifest in a disease or physical illness.

If it is good energy then it manifests in a desired manifestation physically. For instances, if you think good thoughts then these thoughts manifests externally. Same with bad experiences or thoughts, these will manifest in he body or attract certain negative experiences. Think of the chakra center as the host of these energies. This is why dealing with the wound is very important, to avoid illness and manifesting from the wound.

Wounds can be from this lifetime or past lifetimes. Also, it can be ancestral which means you have inherited that energy through your genetics.

Manifesting from the wound

We are creator beings, we are manifesting all the time from our energy body which is our chakra system. This is why keeping your energy body in full alignment is so important. However, when we have wounds in the energy body we are manifesting from the wound and not from our positive thoughts and desires. Therefore, these wounds become blocks and we will manifest “lessons” and not positive experiences.

Lessons are great and they are necessary for us to overcome these wounds. This is why you may manifest an unfavourable relationship that will teach you a lesson you need to process the wound. Once this lesson has been learned the energy shifts and you will not attract the same kind of relationship.

You are here to evolve past your wounds

How to heal?

The more you open yourself up spiritually the more you will allow for healing and evolving. The reason is because your soul will lead you to your expansion.

The soul does not know stagnation, only your ego does. Your ego will keep you in your comfort zone and will not allow you to expand. Healing is expansion.

When I started healing it was because I had began to connect with my soul and I harmonized my ego. I allowed and embraced the fact that there was a shadow side to me which kept me stuck and blocked. The healing started very rapidly for me, it was just energy that was stagnant in my chakras coming up for releasing. This was past emotions and traumatic experiences which had not been probably processed coming up for transmuting. These dark energies were unpleasant and even caused physical pain which was stuck in my pain body.

I also had a kundalini awakening, which is a very intense clearing process that not everyone will experience as part of their healing journey because it is based on your soul’s path. However, the kundalini energy is what totally cleared my chakras from the wounds. This potent divine feminine energy is very blissful and a powerful transmuter of dark energies residing in the chakra system.

Currently, we are undergoing a huge collective healing that will continue for the next few years and beyond as more people open themselves up spiritually and go through an ascension process. This means that more healing will be encouraged energetically and this will allow for more rapid growth of the collective consciousness into a higher vibrational reality. The more you heal the higher your vibration goes, which means the better your experiences and reality!

As you go through the ascension/healing process your reality will shift. You will find that your vibration will be changing very rapidly. It is wise to keep a good spiritual practice: this includes meditation, spending time alone & in nature, journalling and eating correctly.

4 steps to heal

If you are currently in a healing stage, here is my 4 steps to heal faster and properly. When I say properly I mean the correct way to process so that you clear the energy for good.

Step 1.

EMBRACE

Embracing is the first step. Acceptance of the fact that a wound exists and that you are healing.

When I started healing I was in denial about my wounds and I tried to suppress the pain and emotions coming to the surface, this is not the right way to process. In our society we have been taught to suppress our emotions, we are given medication to mask our pain. This does not heal the wound properly. The only way is to feel through the wound.

Step 2.

GET TO THE ROOT

Where did the wound come from? Which experience caused the wound?

Sometimes we do not know the cause of the wound, it could be a childhood experience from this lifetime or a previous lifetime. They can be linked to a past life experience (which was true in my case). These wounds remain in your chakras in every lifetime until they are transmuted. It is a good idea to figure out where your wounds originate from. Sometimes this will open up more channels for healing and clarity. I recommend an akashic record reading for this step.

Step 3.

SIT IN THE WOUND

Like mentioned in step 1, we must feel through the wound. This means really feeling what is coming up. Its not a fun process to feel the negative, but it is a process that will allow you to learn the most about yourself and your soul! When you are in the wound it is the most toughest, it requires surrendering to the emotions and realizing you are just in the wound. There is dark energy coming up to the surface, just realize that this dark is NOT you! It’s just dark energy releasing! When you disassociate with it and just allow it to come up, then it gets released faster. Remember you are light, and the darkness is NOT you its just a fragmented aspect of your soul.

Step 4.

TAKE TIME TO HEAL

Healing wounds and shifting your reality takes time. It is not a process that happens quickly, however it is happening more quickly now. People are healing faster and shifting faster into a higher vibration. This is sometimes a very frustrating stage because your ego wants to move on and have everything happen quickly and in your own timing. However, this stage will teach you how to surrender and get more in tune with your feminine energy.
