Tofu Lettuce Wraps

These are super easy & delicious for lunch! I love these when I feel like eating clean, vegan or just detoxing.

Ingredients:

Organic romaine lettuce

Medium firm tofu

Carrot

Ginger

Green onion

White onion

Mushrooms (any kind will be fine)

Soy sauce

Garlic

Olive oil & sesame oil

Salt & pepper is optional

Method:

Cut the onion, garlic, ginger and mushroom, then sautee on medium heat in olive oil & sesame seed oil about 7 mins. Add tofu and mix well, then add the sauce sauce. Sautee for another 7-10 mins until slightly browned. Grate carrots and cut the green onion. Then place the tofu mixture into lettuce wraps, carrots and green onion. Serve as it is or add dressing.
