Gluten-Free Blueberry Pancakes

A real morning treat! My gluten-fee blueberry pancakes!

Ingredients:

2 pasture raised eggs

1/2 cup wild blueberries

1 banana

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tbsp oats

1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

Cashew butter

Maple syrup

Organic raspberries

Coconut flakes

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients & then add the wild blueberries. Then pan fry, add toppings on top & enjoy!
