Cilantro Ginger Salmon Burgers

This recipe is super easy & delicious! I make these for lunch with arugula salad & some olive oil on top! Super yummy! With fresh lemon juice. I recommend these as they are very easy & quick!

Ingredients for 7 burgers:

2 salmon fillets no skin or bones

5 stalks of Cilantro

2 stalks of green onions

1 white onion

2 gloves of garlic

1 tbsp of grated ginger

1 tbsp onion power

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

1 pasture raised egg

1 tbsp of vegan natural plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees celcius. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then make round balls, place on a baking sheet, flatten into burgers. Place in oven for 10 mins each side until golden. Serve with salad, drizzle fresh lemon juice on top & enjoy!
