CILANTRO CASHEW PASTA

I make a lot of my pasta sauces now with raw cashews, this is one of the recipes! So easy & quick but also delicious!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup raw cashews

5-10 Stalks of cilantro

1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast

1/4 Cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk

1 Clove garlic

Drizzle of olive oil

Salt & pepper

Soak cashews in water for 2 hours or heat in microwave for 2 mins in water. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender & pour over your favourite pasta sauce!

Healthy & nutritious. Cilantro is amazing at detoxing & keeping the body alkaline!
