Matcha over coffee

There are a lot of bad habits that we can foster over time without even realizing that they are not serving us. This is true for diet & eating habits that we adopt that are actually not good for our health.

Some of these habits become an addiction, for instance coffee. Coffee is not healthy, even though we are lead to believe it is “not bad for our health” but it is very addictive & causes a lot of side effects like anxiety, disrupted sleep, scattered thoughts etc. For me coffee drinking became a habit, a very bad one. I was craving coffee every morning to feel good & start my day. I realized it was an addiction & not serving me at all. I was guided to switch it up for matcha latte, which is actually a much healthier & lighter choice, it still provides you that boost you need but in a more subtle way.

these are only some of the benefits

Matcha has so many health benefits & it is exactly right for drinking in the morning. It has become my coffee but in a much healthier way. I feel much more alive after drinking matcha latte versus coffee & recommend you to switch over.

I follow intuitive eating for my own diet & believe it is the healthiest way to eat, a your body knows exactly what is good for it & what is not. So always follow your body, if something doesn’t feel right anymore & feels more like a habit then its time to switch & your body will always guide you to the right foods.

If you feel that your morning routine has become dull & just a habit I encourage you to go within. Listen to what your body is saying & wanting. Stop following the habit & addiction, switch it up for a much healthier drink! Try matcha!
