FIBER PROTEIN BALLS

These are fantastic to snack on during the day or even as a dessert! They are delicious, full of fibre & protein. They are super easy & quick to make! I recommend these for my clients who want to get off sugar & want something to zap their sugar cravings! Remember — sugar cravings can be a sign of toxin or pathogens in the body, it is a good idea to monitor your symptoms.

You will need:

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup gluten-free oats 

1/2 cup flax seed 

1 tablespoon almond butter 

1 tablespoon hemp seed protein powder

1/3 cup coconut water 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Method:

Mix all ingredients well together until sticky but not sticking to fingers (add more flax seed if too sticky). Then roll into small balls & place in a container & in the fridge for 30 mins, then enjoy!
