What are feminine wounds, feminine healing & feminine energy

In my sessions I focus on healing feminine wounds & blocks to help women get back into their feminine power and living in their core feminine energy.

In the old paradigm we have accrued many wounds through our culture and systems. These wounds have been past down through our ancestral-lines and have perpetuated through our society.

These wounds causes our disempowerment blocks. The feminine disempowerment is held in the sacral chakra, which is the power center for the feminine. This chakra is the most blocked as a result of the lack of proper healing & facing our shadows.

WOUNDED FEMININE ENERGY:

  • suffers from codependency - people pleasing, seeking external validation

  • lack of self-love & unworthiness issues

  • unhealthy attachments - anxiously attached or avoidant

  • unable to receive

  • childhood trauma

  • overly emotional, victim mentality

It is important to understand that it is not your fault that you suffer from any of these, many women in our society have these wounds & are not even aware. But these wounds can hinder the quality of your life & will keep manifesting for you to see until you have embraced them & healed them.
